Howarth Timber has continued to invest heavily in its market-leading services with the introduction of a new Click and Collect service.
The service allows customers to order products through Howarth Timber’s online store 24 hours a day and then collect their goods from a Howarth branch at a convenient time.
A range of products can be ordered through the Click and Collect service, such as laminate, solid wood and engineered flooring and internal and external doors. Howarth will add more products to its online collection service, with aggregate and garden furniture soon to be made available to order on the round-the-clock web store.
Once bought online, products can be collected from one of 28 Howarth Timber and Building Supplies branches across the UK, most within two to three working days after the order was placed, however some products may be available sooner.
The Howarth Online Click and Collect service can save time and money for customers, including for people carrying out DIY in their homes.
Neale Brewster from Howarth Timber said: “Our Click and Collect service gives Howarth’s customers assurance that the goods they need to complete their DIY will be in their nearest store on their chosen date.
“The service saves time for customers as they can drop into their chosen branch at a convenient time for them after placing their order, so there will be no waiting around. Click and Collect saves money too, as customers do not pay a delivery charge. Overall, it’s a handy service for all.”
