Bragard, the leading workwear provider to top chefs and the hospitality sector, has launched a new eCommerce website and established a dedicated regional sales team.
Now orders placed on the website will be fulfilled from stock held in the UK, significantly improving customer experience and cutting down on delivery times.
Following the successful introduction of the contemporary and fashionable Chef on the Move collection earlier this year, Bragard - part of the Kwintet Group - has launched a new, transactional website to make it more convenient and quicker for busy chefs to order garments at a time that suits them.
Features on the site include videos of garments in use to showcase how the fabric and styles provide movement, options to add embroidery to jackets, the ability to browse the new eCatalogue, and a section for customers to rate garments and leave reviews; all of which improve user experience.
Providing access to the most popular products in the Bragard range, the eCommerce website will make it as quick and easy as possible to get hold of the brand’s market leading products, and will make turnaround time for products available online faster than ever, offering next day delivery for orders placed by noon, including embroidered items.
The introduction of a UK-based dedicated team of regional sales people proves just how important the British market is to the company and its future growth. The new sales team will have dedicated divisions covering the North, the Midlands and the South.
Established in 1933 and celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, Bragard has become an iconic brand for professional wear in the hotel, catering and hospitality sector, with hundreds of thousands of professionals around the globe proudly wearing the Bragard brand.
The company believes this longstanding success comes down to the special relationship it has forged with the people who wear its garments. Bragard customers appreciate the comfort and quality of the clothes, as well as the creativity behind the collections that evolve as fashions change.
Speaking about the new improved UK customer service, Charlie Pogson, marketing director at Kwintet, said: “Our service offering for UK-based customers will be substantially improved thanks to our latest investment. For the first time our customers have access to an eCommerce website that is dedicated to Bragard products available in the UK.
“Not only is the site extremely easy to use while ensuring a swift turnaround, but it is also an excellent tool with which to view the newest and most contemporary product launches we are bringing to the UK market, as well as the iconic jackets for which Bragard is so well known.
“Combine this with the launch of our dedicated team of regional sales people and we expect our customers in the UK to notice a real difference to the service we are able to provide.
“This new investment is a clear indication of just how important the UK market is to our current and future plans. Going forward, we’ll be continuing to extend the range of products available through the website to ensure service is as efficient as possible for our customers.”
