Power management company Eaton now has a full range of emergency LED lighting to better equip commercial buildings for the safe evacuation of occupants in the event of an emergency.

Eaton’s LED range of emergency exit signs, escape route and bulkhead luminaires provide the electrical industry with a complete low-energy, high-performance solution for their customers. Fully compliant with the latest standards, the core range has been designed for industrial, commercial and retail sites.

“Eaton’s LED emergency lighting range provides the electrical community with every type of emergency luminaire they may need for a building. This enables us all to help the owners and managers of buildings comply simply, reliably and efficiently with their legal and moral obligation to protect the safety of occupants from the risk of an emergency,” said Steve Saville, emergency lighting product manager at Eaton.

“The particular advantages of our latest exit range luminaires are that they offer optimum performance in line with the latest standards and by utilising the latest LED technology are highly efficient both in terms of low energy usage and low maintenance requirements. However, that’s not to overlook the needs of installers, for whom the simple installation of these luminaires and signs is a significant benefit.”

All luminaires in the range have features designed for quick and easy installation such as first fix bases, multiple cable and conduit entry points and fast fit diffusers and legends. Thanks to the low energy LEDs, the range also delivers high performance and versatile suitability across varying building locations.

Eaton’s core range of LED emergency luminaires includes Zetalite 3, a multi-purpose luminaire suitable for use as both an emergency bulkhead and an exit sign, the Ledus 16 decorative LED bulkhead and a variety of LED exit signage to suit both wall mounted applications and ceiling suspension via a first fix base.

In addition to the core range, Eaton have a variety of higher specification emergency lighting solutions to cover a wide range of applications.
