Next generation Sustainable Drainage Systems incorporating Renewable Heating using Ground Source Heat Pump technology

This unique CPD course presents Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) capable of harvesting surface rainwater, which can then be used as the energy source for a ground source heat pump to provide energy efficient heating and cooling for buildings.

Areas of hard landscaping thus provide sustainable drainage systems to mitigate flood risk, an energy source for Ground Source Heat Pumps, and a means of reducing on site carbon emissions.

The course content includes:

• Sustainable Urban drainage systems (SuDS)
• Ground source heat pump (GSHP) fundamentals
• GSHP energy sources including SuDS integration
• The Renewable Heating Incentive
• Rainwater harvesting

Courses are held at Formpave in Gloucestershire or can be delivered remotely
