Solid Air, part of the Dutch Nijburg Industrie Group, has announced that with effect from 5 January 2015, Price TWA will become exclusive distributors for the company’s products in Great Britain and Ireland.

In recent years, Price TWA has grown to become one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of heating and ventilation equipment, and the Solid Air range represents a perfect addition to the company’s existing portfolio.

Proven in applications across the UK and Europe, the Solid Air grilles, diffusers and chilled beams product ranges perfectly complement Price TWA’s extensive range of heating and ventilation solutions.

Commenting on the new distribution agreement, Nijburg Group Managing Director, Bert Jan Bruning said: “From our early discussions with Price TWA it was clear that our businesses shared many common values. With over fifteen years' experience in our respective markets, we have both earned enviable reputations not only for the quality of our products, but also for the market-leading levels of service and support we provide. I am supremely confident that Price TWA will continue to deliver the same high standards for the Solid Air range in the UK.”

Price TWA Chairman, Steve Price continued: “We are delighted to have been appointed exclusive distributors for Solid Air and look forward to presenting these high quality products to our customers across the UK. Both Price TWA and Solid Air have consistently delivered a wide range of projects across the public and private sectors and from initial design support right through to installation and maintenance, each project will be managed by our dedicated support team from our offices near Bristol.

“We are also pleased to welcome a number of new staff who will be joining us from Solid Air UK in the New Year, including the company’s UK Director, Colin Green. Colin brings a wealth of experience and considerable expertise and I look forward to working closely with him in the future.”
