Stride Treglown has announced a new addition to its BREEAM assessment team and additional services now available from the successful department.

The award-winning architects are delighted to welcome Fleur Baguley to her new role as lead assessor. In addition to her BREEAM work, Fleur has recently broadened her capabilities to include Ska assessments, adding a new service to the team’s offering. Proving particularly suitable for projects that have limited opportunity to deliver a fully sustainable solution such as the refurbishment of older buildings and interior fit-out projects, Ska assessment means the team can now offer a cost-effective alternative to BREEAM assessment to their clients. Fleur is able to advise on many other sustainability issues including Waste Management Planning and BREEAM in-use assessments.

She is also leading Stride Treglown’s initiative to adopt One Planet Living principles as a method of holistically evaluating its own environmental performance, and plans to offer facilitator services to organisations that are considering adopting this best practice procedure as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility policies.

Fleur will be assisted by qualified BREEAM assessors Peter Badger and Ami Pandit, ensuring that the team is able to carry out all categories of BREEAM assessment and continues to provide the first class service Stride Treglown is known for across all sectors. Having set up and run the BREEAM assessment team very successfully for the last few years, Anna da Col leaves Stride Treglown next month.
