Fisher German’s strong belief in providing superb client satisfaction by continually improving working practices and quality control, lead them down the road of ISO 9001 quality management certification, which their Retford office achieved in January 2012.

Boasting a significant 180 years in land and property management, Fisher German LLP is a leading national firm of chartered surveyors and specialist property consultants. The firm has been offering professional services and support in all aspects of land and property. The business is split into six key service areas; commercial, planning & construction, property agency, renewable energy, rural consultancy and utilities & infrastructure.

Fisher German’s Retford office is now enjoying the same benefits of ISO 9001 certification as their other 13 sites; some of which has held this quality management scheme for ten years.

By going through the certification process, Fisher German has created a suite of standard documentation for new jobs and existing management agreements. So what next for Fisher German? Rising concerns about the effect that activities and businesses have on ourselves and the work in which we live, has lead to this land and property company making the decision to go ahead with ISO 14001 certification – the environmental management system – and are part way through the process.
