The Watson Building is a grade II-listed site, originally dating back to the early 1930s, located in Liverpool’s cosmopolitan heart.

It has recently been extended and remodelled to provide a brand new 75,000sqft contemporary office space, spread across eight floors.

The high-quality office space with sweeping views of the city skyline, offers businesses the chance to be located in a busy and exciting area, surrounded by many retail, leisure and business amenities.

As the only surviving element of the original Lewis’ department store, the £16.5million refurbishment of this iconic building now means the Lime Street area has been given some much needed regeneration, acting as an important gateway into the city and a key aspect of Liverpool’s Central Village development.

The new extension has been clad using Generix natural stone façade system in a Portland stone type, which provides a close match to the colour and texture of the original adjoining Watson Building, complementing its classical composition.

Generix is a fully sustainable, cost effective, ventilated rainscreen façade solution, which offers a range of natural stone façade panels.

Easy to use and simple to install, Generix benefits from a fast track construction technique that is installed by a nationwide network of recognised installers, who can fix Generix from mobile platforms, scissor lifts, mast climbers or traditional scaffolding.
