- 95% of the individual workforce were Cornish - many local. 25 FTE jobs created within the Heartlands Trust.
- 50 potential FTE jobs within the work space units.
- 240,000 visitors within the first 10 months. Heartlands is set to become Cornwall’s third most popular visitor destination.
- Catalyst for regeneration of the surrounding area. Planning proposals have started for workshops, offices, hotel, leisure facilities, private and affordable housing, and development by the Heartlands Trust.
