Hanson Formpave has provided 4,000 square metres of its Aquapave permeable paving to complete Linfoot Country Homes’ new housing development in Harbury, Warwickshire.

The Aquapave paving incorporates Formpave’s Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) to help prevent flooding and was used on the driveways and shared parking areas to meet planning conditions.

Formpave offers a wide range of paving options to suit all developments and, at Harbury Fields, the Aquapave paving was specified in charcoal to ensure it was in keeping with the style of the properties.

Linfoot Country Homes, construction manager, Phil Keohane, said: “We have worked with Formpave on a number of sites and their design service means they can develop a bespoke solution to suit the individual requirements of the development.”

Hanson Formpave head of design, John Lloyd, said: “We are committed to working with our clients to find the perfect paving solution, whether it’s a clean contemporary look or a more rustic feel we have a paving option to suit clients’ aesthetic requirements while also meeting planning conditions for SUDS.”
