Richard Burbidge welcomes residents at Watson Homes

Richard Burbidge has provided a safe and stylish balcony solution for Watson Homes’ recent developments.

Watson Homes prides itself on developing homes that are designed for living and made for life.

As part of the Willows and Patricroft projects, Watson Homes selected Richard Burbidge’s Fusion Outdoor Juliette Balconies to provide the perfect balance between practicality and aesthetics.

The Willows development is located on the site of the former Salford Reds rugby league ground. The development comprises of 78 new homes, 4 new bungalows and 21 apartments.

The development has helped to breathe life back into the Weaste area, by bringing to life a development site that has been empty for a number of years.

The second project, Patricroft is located in Salford, on the site of the former Patricroft Conservative Club and overlooking Barton Canal, the development comprises 36 new build apartments.

Richard Burbidge’s Fusion Outdoor Juliette Balconies have helped to enhance the exterior of the developments, creating a welcoming environment and safe access for residents.
