“Sustain has an excellent track record of delivering this free end-to-end service for private management companies and resident associations, and we’re delighted with the response by our partners in London.”

Sustain’s Cavity Wall Insulation Campaign involves a free of charge technical cavity wall survey, followed by a free, fully managed end-to-end process of works on site using one of Sustain’s approved contractors from their national framework. The free service also includes is a report detailing the carbon, kilowatt hours and fuel bill savings from the works and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for each property within the building - without which an individual dwelling cannot be let or sold.

Sustain’s Cavity Wall Insulation Campaign runs hand-in-hand with the company’s programme to upgrade communal boilers and insulate the flat roofs of blocks of flats, and is a natural continuation from their highly successful SmartHeat programme, which insulates communal boiler rooms.
