Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management, an operator of outsourced leisure facilities, has appointed two new Club Managers at its Manchester Radisson Blu Pace Club and Heathrow Park Inn innaction health club.

Craig Ramage joins the Manchester team and brings with him experience in retention management and staff training, gained by previously working within the Virgin Group.

He will be responsible for growing the local membership at the health club, which features a wide variety of facilities including a 20-station gym, a swimming pool, sauna spa and an extensive spin class timetable.

Also joining the company is Robin Blowers, who is being appointed as Club Manager at Heathrow. The role will see him take over the responsibility for sales management and staff training at the 15-station club. Having previously worked within Marriot Health Clubs as a Club Manager, Robin brings a wealth of experience to the club.

Steve Bambury, Head of Hotels at Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management, commented: “We are confident that both Robin and Craig will add to the development within the two hotels.

“Both sites are already producing strong figures for 2012, and we will continue to invest in quality and experienced staff to help drive our business forward and provide and excellent level of service for both our hotel partners and members alike.”
