Joint investment proves healthy option for hotel

Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management, an operator of outsourced leisure facilities, has helped boost profits at Harlow Park Inn’s innaction health and fitness center with an investment of £65k, resulting in a year on year profit increase of 36%.

Park Inn also invested £20k into the site resulting in an over investment of £85k throughout 2012. The investment and outsourcing of the site’s health and fitness facilities to the private management company has taken the centre’s direct debit run from £18,000 in October 2011 to £32,000 in August 2012.

Leisure Connection Hotel and Private Management has also increased membership by 30%, with over 850 new members signing up to use the site’s facilities since October 2011.

The Harlow Park Inn innaction health and fitness club facilities now include a 20-station gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa whirlpool, fitness studio and sunbeds.
