Brilliant books into PH Hotels with a multi-million pound contract renewal

Exceptional systems and customer focus help Brilliant renew nationwide laundry services contract for leading hotel group

The Brilliant Laundry Group has been awarded a three year laundry services contract with hotel group PH Hotels; the contract is worth in the region of £9m.

Brilliant markets and orchestrates national laundry accounts across its nationwide network of leading independent regional laundries. Brilliant has renewed its contract for all 22 UK properties in the PH Hotels collection of landmark city centre hotels and dedicated conference and training venues.

Under the contract, Brilliant's ‘Streamline' linen replenishment system is to be the standard operating model for the service, ensuring that the entire laundry process is as efficient as it can be for each of the properties housekeeping staff. ‘Streamline' is one of a number of linen management tools that Brilliant's customers can access through its high-tech web portal, the virtual ‘engine room' of day-to-day operations.

The success of the relationship between Brilliant and PH Hotels has spawned the planning of other joint marketing initiatives between the two organisations, including the provision of Brilliant's exclusive table linen hire service (Special Occasion Linen®) and its Isabella® towelling products.

PH Hotels comprises 23 prestige venues across UK including the Grand Connaught Rooms, a landmark conference and events only space in Central London and an additional property near Paris. The group's eclectic properties range from gothic manor houses, stylish city centre boutiques and grand Victorian hotels to modern purpose-built conference and training venues.
