Trade bathroom supplier, Easy Bathrooms, has expanded with the launch of its 12th showroom, following £250,000 of investment.
The site, in Birstall, Leeds, officially opened on 8 April 2017, and is situated on Oakwell Way, close to IKEA.
With over 250 bathroom and tile displays on offer, the store is one of the largest retail units in Yorkshire with a 12,000 sq ft showroom and 110,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre.
The launch of the showroom and trade counter has created 12 new jobs for the area and forms part of the company’s ongoing expansion plans.
Neil Bell, spokesperson for Easy Bathrooms said: “We were delighted to open this site as it has such great links to the M1 and M62, making it a perfect location. It offers easy access for our trade customers throughout the region and further afield.
“This is our 12th store throughout the country, with our other outlets positioned across Yorkshire and the Midlands. But we won’t stop here — we’re continually looking for new locations where we see a shortage of quality bathroom and tile suppliers!”
Neil continued: “Since we started the business, we’ve grown rapidly and our old space was nearing full capacity. So to support our ambitious growth strategy, we obtained this new warehouse, which is double the volume of our previous one.”
Easy Bathrooms launched in 2012 with its first store on Royds Lane, Leeds, which is still open today. Its other Yorkshire retail spaces are located in Sheffield, Huddersfield, Wakefield and Doncaster.
