Coopers SmokeStop® evacU8® is the first flexible, retractable Smoke Curtain with Egress specifically developed to provide a building with means of escape through the smoke curtain. The SmokeStop evacU8® system will contain and protect from smoke whilst providing occupants with a clear means of escape by passing through the curtain to safety.

The SmokeStop evacU8® is Third Party Accredited and employs the unique walkthru™ system made up of a series of 600mm wide panels. The panels are held together by a patented anti-tangle overlap retention system that allows for a person to easily pass through, falling back into position once clear.

The product is ideal for use as part of an overall smoke control system or Smoke Heat Exhaust Ventilation System (SHEVS) and is suitable for high occupancy buildings or high traffic areas. The evacU8® curtain is also DDA compliant.
